I desire to obtain such information under this Act detailed hereunder particularly given below. If excess fee is necessary, may kindly inform that, and I am ready to pay the same.
Particulars
1- Give the date of application that registered at the office of the under secretary to the Government of India in the above reference file No: II/21022/65(0086)/ 2007- FCRA.II.
2- The last communication date upon the said file between the said office of
the Secretary to the Government of India Ministry of Home Affairs and the applicant.
3- The Xerox copy of the official note recorded finally upon the said application
written by the certificate issuing authority
4- What is the present merit of the said application above referred – Give details.
5- Describe the limited period of processes in an application to issue of a certificate under FCRA, being under divisional Process –Give details
6-Due to the misfeasance , on the ground that the Board of Management belongs to Scheduled Castes , causing delay of issuance of the said certificate , what kind of possible action can be taken by the aggrieved party?
7- Who shall be the redressel authority upon such grievance on such circumstances? Give details.
8- Who is the delay causing officer to fulfill the process and providing the certificate in the above refer file and give details of the said officer with designation
